Apps Owned¶
What Are Apps Owned?¶
Apps owned are Zendesk apps that your account has developed or published. These may be private apps built for your organisation or public apps listed on the Zendesk Marketplace.
What Configly Captures¶
For each owned app, Configly stores:
- App name and description
- Version -- the current version number
- Visibility -- public (Marketplace) or private
- Created and updated timestamps

- App Installations -- installations of your owned apps

- Use snapshot comparison to track version changes to your owned apps
