Permission Groups¶
What Are Permission Groups?¶
Permission groups control which agents can create, edit, and publish help centre content. They determine who can manage articles, sections, and categories within Zendesk Guide.
What Configly Captures¶
For each permission group, Configly stores:
- Group name
- Built-in status -- whether this is a default Zendesk group or a custom one
- Created and updated timestamps
