Sections¶
What Are Sections?¶
Sections are the mid-level organisational units in your Zendesk Guide help centre. They sit within categories and contain articles. A typical structure looks like: Category > Section > Article.
What Configly Captures¶
For each section, Configly stores:
- Section name and description
- Parent category -- which category this section belongs to
- Position -- display order within the category
- Locale -- the section's language
- Created and updated timestamps

Common Dependencies¶
- Articles -- the articles contained in this section
- Categories -- the parent category
The health check flags empty sections with no articles (GUIDE-003).
