Support Addresses

What Are Support Addresses?

Support addresses are the email addresses that your Zendesk instance receives tickets from. They include both Zendesk-provided addresses (e.g., [email protected]) and forwarded external addresses (e.g., [email protected]).

What Configly Captures

For each support address, Configly stores:

  • Email address
  • Name -- the display name for the address
  • Default status -- whether it's the default support address
  • Brand association -- which brand the address is linked to
  • Forwarding status -- whether email forwarding is correctly configured
  • Created and updated timestamps
