Themes¶
What Are Themes?¶
Themes control the visual appearance of your Zendesk Guide help centre. They define the layout, styling, and branding of your knowledge base, including colours, fonts, header/footer content, and page templates.
What Configly Captures¶
For each theme, Configly stores:
- Theme name
- Live status -- whether this is the currently active theme
- Brand association -- which brand the theme is applied to
- Created and updated timestamps

Tips for Admins¶
- Use snapshot comparison to track when themes are swapped or modified
