This release introduces the Health Check engine with automated configuration analysis, scored reports, AI-powered summaries, and downloadable PDF reports in three tiers.

Health Check Engine¶
26 automated checks across 6 categories analyse your Zendesk configuration and produce a scored report with actionable findings.
- Performance -- Trigger complexity, automation efficiency, macro usage
- Routing -- Group assignment coverage, routing rule gaps
- Notifications -- Email notification configuration, target usage
- Data Hygiene -- Unused fields, duplicate configurations, naming conventions
- SLA -- SLA policy coverage, target configuration, gap analysis

Scores are context-aware -- they account for your Zendesk plan, instance size, and configuration complexity.
PDF Report Generation¶
Generate downloadable PDF reports from any completed health check in three tiers:

AI-Powered Executive Summary¶
Every report includes an AI-generated executive summary highlighting the most important findings with context-aware recommendations. Agency tier reports include consultant-level per-category deep-dive analysis.
Scheduled Health Checks¶
Enable daily automated health checks that run overnight and send results to your inbox via email. Notifications include the overall score, score change from the previous check, and a summary of findings.
Email Notifications¶
Health check results are delivered via email with score summaries and finding highlights. Configure email notifications from the Health Check dashboard.
